Our Services

The key to reaping the benefits of carbon credits is to develop contracts between the appropriate carbon market and the landholder to deliver carbon offsets that can be sold as carbon credits on the global market.

Our goal is to help landholders determine the potential carbon offsets their land might provide, certify carbon offsets with appropriate carbon markets, construct feasible contracts, and generate the information needed to verify compliance with the contract. To achieve these goals we employ a set of modern scientific tools (see The Research Behind It All) that allow even the most unscientific landholder to participate in the emerging carbon market.

We provide four major services for landholders interested in generating soil carbon offsets:

Use data and simulation models to evaluate the potential for land use practices to increase the storage of carbon dioxide in soils and thus reduce greenhouse gas emissions across large areas of rangeland.
Certify the relationship between land use practices and the offset of carbon dioxide emissions.
Develop contracts between landholders and carbon markets by using data and simulation models to certify potential emission reductions associated with land use practices.
Provide scientific data from interpretation of modern satellite imagery to verify that land use practices are being carried out over large areas according to contract.
